Your account is suspended and you are presented with the three paid plans. Your account and settings are preserved — simply subscribe to regain full access. Note: EcoCalc does not store any formulation data (zero-persistence architecture).
Both plans include 1 evaluation module and additional modules at +€25/month each. The key differences are: Professional is for a single user with 10 formulations/month (recharge packs available at €15 for +20). Enterprise includes 3 user accounts, unlimited formulations, CSV export, and custom onboarding.
Yes. On both Professional and Enterprise plans, you can change your included module at the start of each billing period. Additional modules can be added at any time at +€25/month each.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Prorating is calculated automatically. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No. EcoCalc operates on a strict zero-persistence architecture: all formulation data entered into the platform is processed exclusively in RAM during your active session and destroyed when you close your browser. Nothing is logged or retained.
Online payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit card, debit card). We also accept payment by bank transfer or purchase order for annual subscriptions. Contact us at contact@ecocalc.eu to arrange an alternative payment method.
